The Resource Group of Companies Received Is Accredited for the Supply of Products to McDonald's

At the end of May, an independent audit of the structural subdivision of the Resource Group in Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol Territory) - the Branch of MPK Nevinnomysskiy, Stavropolskiy Broiler, LLC was successfully completed. As a result of the audit, the slaughterhouse received approval for the supply of products in the global McDonald's system.

The inclusion of the slaughterhouse in the register of accredited suppliers was preceded by a multi-stage approval procedure. The organization of technological processes was assessed in terms of compliance with the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and AHW (Animal Health and Welfare), as well as the food quality control system HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Also, the company received approval for the specialized program McDonald's SWA (Supplier Workplace Accountability).

Specialists of the Resource Group of Companies count on mutually beneficial cooperation with manufacturers of finished products for the world's largest fast food restaurant chain in the Russian Federation and abroad.
